Our Story
Built by hand. Built by a real person.
Native Rift started in 2020 in a garage with a simple idea: build furniture I’d actually be proud to put in my own home.
I’m Caleb, the founder and builder behind Native Rift. What started with a few pieces of lumber and a small shop has grown into custom tables, fireplace mantels, shelving, vanities, and architectural woodwork shipped to homes and businesses across the country.
But the important part hasn’t changed.
This isn’t mass-produced furniture coming off an assembly line. Most of what leaves my shop has been cut, shaped, sanded, finished, packed, and obsessed over by real people right here in Utah.
And handmade work is exactly that: handmade. Occasionally something takes longer than expected. Occasionally something needs to be remade because I’m not happy with it. I’d rather spend more time getting a piece right than send out something mediocre just to say it shipped on time.
When you order from Native Rift, you’re not ordering from some giant anonymous company. There’s a person on the other side of the messages, and I genuinely care about what shows up in your home.
My goal is pretty simple:
build beautiful furniture from real wood, make it well, and treat people the way I’d want to be treated.
Thanks for supporting a small American shop and allowing me to build something special for your home.
